Let's hear it for Ottawa! We had seen Dan win at the Ottawa Fest 2003 and he's appeared in quite a few shows since then, but Dan was absolutely ecstatic that at his very first appearance on the Montreal stage and at an LLM show, the people would send him home as the 1st place win on Saturday night! He couldn't believe the outcome, you could see it in his face, but when his name was announced as first he jumped up on the stage and he was beaming! The other ETAs were genuinely happy for him as well! He sure had fun with the audience who knew exactly what they were doing when they voted, because Dan gave his 100% with vocals, moves and stage presence and had that audience totally captivated!
