The singer, songwriter, actor and probably the hottest commodity to hit the tribute artist scene in the past 10 years took to the Nashville stage emulating the 70's era persona to perfection and winning the hearts of house! Shawn was due to arrive in Nashville early Friday morning, 24 hrs after doing a show in another State. But missing connecting flights due to the airport losing his luggage, poor Shawn spent all but a few of those 24 hours stuck in airports! He finally got to the hotel at around 10:30 pm, almost 10 hours later, completely exhausted. Of course the fans waiting to party at the meet and greet had no idea what he had gone through and mobbed him upon arrival. Like the good natured spirit that he is, Shawn was his sociable self, smiling and laughing, greeting everyone in a kindly manner and quickly joined the partying public. After a few well deserved hours of rest, Shawn was ready to take the Nashville audience down memory lane with one fantastic show. It was obvious the 10 years he spent with Legends In Concert, the tours across Europe, the US & Canada and portraying Elvis in the VH1 movie that Shawn belonged on the stage! The crowd went wild as they watched him move, followed his gait as he walked across the stage, listened to his voice and savoured every word he spoke - they laughed at his comments and marvelled his incredible likeness to Elvis, it was uncanny! In all, Shawn reminded the audience the most of Elvis and they let him know it by choosing him as their favourite ETA in the 70's era!
