Elvis Jr. - Images of the King, Memphis, TN August 13, 2005
Me and my friend Elvis Jr from Belgium. In my opinion he was one of the best entertainers at the Images Contest, but he didn't make the top three this year, but just wait until 2006 folks. On the Wednesday preliminaries he sang "How Great Though Art" and it was truly amazing. His voice is so strong and powerful, that I had a lump in my throat, and I know the rest of the audience did too. He got a standing ovation which was well deserved. Elvis Jr is presently the Elvis of Europe Champion, and I know that it is just the beginning for him. I have been around many Elvis Tribute artists over the years, but Elvis Jr has something very special he offers the audience, and his voice just continues to get better every time I hear him sing. SAMMY J - Gold Star Park, Philadelphia, PA . September 10th.
Sammy J had Elvis fans at Gold Star Park in Philadelphia "All Shook Up" on Saturday, September 10th. His performance was fantastic! He has a great voice, good looks, the moves, and charisma just like Elvis did. He gave out lots of scarves, leis and teddy bears. After the show he took time to sign autographs and take pictures with his fans. It was my first time seeing Sammy J perform, and I'm already looking forward to his next show. He has certainly found a new fan. Check out Sammy's website at www.isitelvis.com. Jeanne, Philadelphia, PA

Clint Lucier - Branford “King Fling” Elvis Fest 2005
We had the pleasure of seeing one of our favorite ETAs in action at the Brantford Elvisfest this past August. All we can say is WOW! He has improved so much this past year... his voice and his look are absolutely amazing. He was gracious enough to spend some time with us during the festival and we couldn’t have been happier. He made a special note to kneel down during his performance of Its Midnight and sing to my sister... she was thrilled to say the least. Clint is one ETA on his way up... way up.. and we will be supportive all the way. Congrats on making the finals Clint... you were awesome! Sherry and Nancy Bennings

Joey Franklin - Elvis-a-rama Museum Las Vegas, NV. September 2005.
What a wonderful show Joey Franklin puts on! After looking around the Elvis-a-rama museum I was treated to his beautiful Tribute to Elvis. When he started singing 'Love Me' my heart began to melt. His voice is so close to the real thing it's unbelievable. He has quite a comedy routine as well. After the show he hung around answering questions and posing for pictures. Joey really took his time talking to everyone and pouring on that southern charm. I can't wait to see his show again. Jill Clark Las Vegas, NV
Jesse Aron - Julia Belle Swain Cruise. September 17th, 2005.
Saturday afternoon the fans enjoyed a 2 hour cruise on the Julia Belle Swain. We were entertained by several ETA’s, Jesse included.
He sang “Unchained Melody” & delighted us all with his incredible voice.
Saturday evening highlight was hearing Jesse sing “Promised Land” & “Hurt”.He received a standing ovation & the audience loved him. He showed the awesome power if his voice. Sunday he appeared on stage wearing a beautiful new red & white jumpsuit. Many of his fans crowded close to the stage with roses, some were crying & others were shaking so bad they could hardly steady their cameras, all overwhelmed with excitement.
When Jesse sang Way Down, How Great Thou Art, & America and totally captivated the audience. What a super performer! To be congratulated by other ETA’s, after your performance, pretty much says it all!
It not only tells you how great we know you are, but how great you were!
Never stop singing for us fans, Jesse. You bring back very special Elvis
memories with your beautiful voice. You are the best and will always be a winner with your #1 fans from Cedar Rapids. See you in Waukon!

Ryan Pelton - Bloomsburg Fair Bandshell, September 25 - 29
What’s so special about the Bloomsburg Fair, easy answer, Ryan Pelton, of course. Ryan Pelton fans unite “en masse” for 8 great shows, 4 days 2 shows a day and Ryan is so hot in the afternoon you need your solar sunglasses and in the evening you forget about the damp night air, rain or shine, Ryans free stage is the most popular spot on the midway. Ryans charm transcends generations there were females of all ages from 2 to 80 and I have no doubt he made each and every one of them feel special in some way. He always tries his best to make sure the most deserving get either a teddy bear or a scarf, which is not always an easy task since the audience is so enamored. Ryan plays a little game called pass the teddy bear to make sure even those way in the back get a chance to join in the fun, and the audience goes wild as he comes into the crowd never missing a beat on songs such as “Fever” or “In the Ghetto”, as his six foot four gorgeous frame towers over everyone. Such is the Pelton charm. And I haven’t even mentioned his performance. I’ve said before there is no ETA out there that comes close. Having 4 days his excellence is just magnified. Name your Elvis era or song he could do it, fifties, sixties or seventies, we got it all, dapper in the fifties look, jumpsuits galore, his very attractive GI suit, and of course dare I say the black leather shining in the afternoon sun.
Riveting performances, Kentucky Rain, a couple of different versions of Polk Salad Annie, both equally entertaining as I kept my eye on the senior ladies fearing it may be too much for them (kidding of course), as always my personal favorite “Promised land” which I got to see a few times. Crowd participation in “Viva Las Vegas” and “Frankfurt Special”. So many songs so little space, never enough the show always ending what seemed a little too soon. Hats off to Ryans performance of “Soul Man” a little something different for us. Ryan as always gave his best out there especially in the cold damp nights when I’m sure it wasn’t as easy as he made it look. I know of no other entertainer that would think of buying his entire audience hot chocolate, always thinking of others. Ryan and his team truly the nicest people you will ever encounter. The EAS band great performances. Luv you all. I’ll just end by saying if you don’t love Ryan, you don’t know him or have never seen him perform. He truly is the best and a treasure to behold. Luv ya sweetie and we’ll see you soon. Lola Saffioti, Ottawa Ont.

SHAWN KLUSh - Elvis Week 2005, Memphis, Tennessee.
I will always remember Elvis Week 2005. Since June of this year, I've seen over 100 ETAs. There were several who were great. When the opportunity arose, I told them. Then we were in Memphis for Elvis week, and, for a few hours, I became a teenager again. Ronny Craig, who is very charming, amusing, and a talented singer, introduced Shawn Klush. All of a sudden, a large part of the audience went rushing up to the stage. I thought I'd NEVER do that for an ETA, and there I was amid the throng of fans who couldn't get close enough to Shawn. We could see how surprised he was. I was amazed how he could stay focused and keep singing for everyone. Looking up at him, I was back in 1975, looking up at Elvis from the second row. When we met outside, after the show, I had only one word for Shawn: " MAGIC." The voice, mannerisms, sensuality, humor and humility of Elvis were there. The way he moves his head, smiles in disbelief over the attention he's getting, and puts his heart into the music, is hard to describe. It must be experienced. He sang, "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" and brought tears to my eyes. I also had the opportunity to meet Terri, his assistant for the show. She is a wonderful lady who seems to have never ending energy when it comes to Shawn. I met Shawn fans from all over the country. Some were "new" people who couldn't wait to get fan club information. Many were already fans waiting to see him perform live, and many of us couldn't wait to see him perform again. Every one of them agreed Shawn is a beautiful, "real" man who has warmth and good humor that would make Elvis proud to have him doing a tribute. Teri Fassett from New York

Michael St. Angel - Chicago, Illinois. Recent show. I had the pleasure of seeing an Elvis Tribute Artist this weekend in Chicago who is just getting started in the business. I think he is in his mid-20's and very well could be the next big ETA in Chicago! Although it was his very first time in front of a live audience, it didn't take long for him to get comfortable...before long he was cracking wise, involving everyone in attendance and having everybody laughing at his clever one-liners. After the first song, he even held up his glass of water to show everyone how is hand was shaking from nerves! He sang with passion and energy and he seemed like a natural. His voice sounded great and he worked through the hits of the King. My favorite songs that he sang were the Wonder of You, Suspicious Minds (boy, could he move!) and Viva Las Vegas, where he danced around the entire place and offered the microphone to many people during the chorus. Everybody felt welcome and they all really enjoyed themselves. I am happy that I had the opportunity to see his first show because I am sure that he is going places and is going to have a name in this area in no time at all. Brianne, Chicago
Dan Jackman in the jumpsuit and the ladies screaming for "ELVIS". The young ETA was Kavan, he did the 50's and what energy he has. Looked smart in the GI suite. Great moves Kava Roy Leblanc had everyone asking for more. Roy also did a great job as ROY ORBISON.An outstanding performance by David Muggeridge. David gets better and better every time I see him perform. When David sings you believe that ELVIS is in the room with you. What a awesome voice, keep up the great job. What can I say about Garyelvis ? GaryElvis sang from the heart and soul. He made you fell special as if you were the only one there. Enjoyed Rob Langford jumpsuit era, he was in to the audience singing to the ladies. Elvis Gauthier did a super show, and everyone wanted more. Paul Ross was just AWESOME in his leather outfit doing 68 comeback. Paul was dancing among the audience and some of the ladies joined him to dance. Jesse Aron looked very nice in white and red jumpsuit. Jesse has a powerful voice, the crowd went wild with his performance. Will Ganzon did a nice 50's era with the right moves. Everyone loved his look. Joanna and Marcus were wonderful singing together. The ETA'S are very special group of guys. They finish the show doing "YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE" for Pasty Parker. Can't wait to see all the guys perform again. Anna Watkins, Montreal

Lady Luck Music
5th Annual
Montreal Performer Showcase
Ladyluck's 5th Annual Invitational was a big hit with the audience Sept.30th and Oct.1st. The ETA'S did form the 50's and 60's and 70's Las Vegas years and the 68 comeback and a few gospel songs. The evening started with Marcus Wells as the host. Marcus with a beautiful smile and great humor and super voice had the audience wormed up for the ETA'S performance.

Patrick Johnson - Legends on Stage, Depew, New York
Had the pleasure of seeing a show called "Legends on stage" at Magruders on Broadway in Depew, NY this past Friday. The performers that portrayed Roy Orbison and Neil Diamond were excellent, but When Patrick Johnson hit the stage with his beautiful aloha suit and the huge ELVIS sign all lit up with red bulbs it was truly amazing. As soon as he hit his first note he had the crowd in the palm of his hand. He made everyone feel very special that night walking around giving out scarf's and teddy bears. His haunting rendition of trilogy was amazing dedicating the song to all our troops overseas.
When he sang "Hurt" showing off his powerful voice he totally captivated the audience. What a performer! And super nice guy, after the show he made his way to every table and thanked everyone for coming to the show, a class act for sure. Katie from New York.
Bryan Doyle - Reflection of the King, West Seneca, NY
Recently Roberta Arnold owner of Follow That Dream Productions hosted Reflection of the King contest in West Seneca NY.... whereas, Bryan Doyle came in SECOND. And what a show, there was such talent in the building. Ask anyone who has seen Bryan Doyle perform indeed gets a DYNAMIC performance. He is a top class act,and whose shoes are hard to follow. He has won The Reflections of the King award two years straight .Bryan is in a league of his own. He has charisma that jumps off the stage... and then your taken hostage with his moves and gyrations. And what a voice. I have seen him over and over. My husband ,children, friends and relatives all to whom I have spoken too HAVE agreed. We are Elvis Fans, and yes we are Bryan Doyle fans as well . He is diverse in his ability to perform. Bryan Doyle keeps his show REAL ....same onstage as offstage. He really cares for his FANS. And for the audience who has never seen Bryan ,you are in for a BIG treat. Arik Christopher and Alex Swindle - Special Olympics Benefit Concert, Yancey County, NC
We had the pleasure of meeting and being host to Arik Christopher and Alex Swindle at our first Special Olympics Benefit Concert in Yancey County, NC. What awesome guys with awesome looks and voices! Arik was first to perform with his tremendous tribute to Elvis during the ‘50s. He was so kind to sing to our special Olympians – especially my daughter, Haley who was having her 15th birthday. Arik gave out teddy bears and gave the performance of a lifetime! What moves he’s got! I almost forgot where I was (had I gone back in time?). Alex was next to perform. What an outstanding small package of dynamite! He is going to go so far in the business! He’s better than some adults we have seen! Alex sang his heart out to our athletes, and gave out red roses and kisses! One athlete swore to never wash her face again! We could never thank these two special ETA’s for their awesome talents, and for having such big hearts! GO SEE THEM IN PERSON WHEN YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tammy and Haley Atkins, Green Mountain, NC

Johnny Fortuno - Tribute The Concert - Myrtle Beach, S.C.
On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach, I went to the Tribute Theater there where eta, Johnny Fortuno, performs as Elvis. Never having seen him before, I found him to be very talented, with a strong voice, look and moves very similar to Elvis and something I couldn't help but notice too was his warmhearted smile. He began singing in the black leather and then in white jumpsuit, and singing many Elvis tunes, all done to perfection. When Love Me Tender was sung, I made my way to the stage where he placed a scarf around my neck,
always a highlight of the show! I was impressed by his singing and especially 'My Way' and 'American Triology', at the end,
where he put all he had into it. There were tour groups there from all across the U.S. and Canada. Betsy from South Carolina

Jesse Aron - Jesse’s Fan Club Cruise, October 10th, 2005
We went on a cruise on October 10th with Jesse and Trish and a lot of people from Wisconsin [Jesse's fan club].We are from Georgia and really love Jesse! He has a voice that is unbelievable,so much like Elvis Presley himself, wow, what else can I say!He put on two fantastic performances. People from all over the ship came in and listened in awe, they couldn't believe it wasn't EP himself. Jesse is an exceptional person. He loves Elvis and tries to let people see what a great singer and person Elvis really was.We have traveled many miles to hear Jesse perform,he is the greatest in our eyes---There are a lot of other performers we enjoy also, but Jesse is our best. Joyce and Roy Kennedy
Paul Ross - Rideau Carleton Raceway Slots, November 2005
Paul Ross is looking better than ever. He took us through 3 decades with familiar favorites, Jailhouse Rock, One Night With You, Trouble, Lordy Miss Claudy, GI Blues, See See Rider, Burnin Love Bridge Over Troubled Water and also great performances of some lesser known numbers, Wearin That Loved on Look, Way Down, Almost In Love, Come On Everybody, Shake that Thing, Holly Leaves, great for Elvis fans who like to see new songs from ETA’s. In a venue where its rare to see anyone even stay and watch a performance he had 2 standing ovations, performing outstandingly How Great Thou Art and American Trilogy. A special treat for the audience a performance of New Orleans by Pete Paquette who I’ve never seen but have heard a lot about lately, he was a cutie. Paul is a very relaxed performer and we sometimes forget that Elvis was all about the music and with Paul’s beautiful and most powerful voice we are reminded how great the music really was. Great Job Paul.
