Eddie Miles put on a wonderful show of Christmas tunes at the Wink Theatre. My favourite Elvis tunes were “My Babe,” and “Mama Liked the Roses.” And from his front show, I liked “Hello Darlin’.“ He also sang songs by Waylon Jennings and George Jones (The Possum), Merle Haggard and more by Conway Twitty. Thanks, Eddie, for a memorable show. Eddie does his best performing his “Salute to Elvis.” Thanks, Eddie, for being so kind to my girlfriend and me. I will never forget about Eddie. He is a great gentleman and a great guy and puts on one of the nicest Elvis shows I have ever attended. God bless you Eddie, Your number 1 fan, TCB, Patrick Battersby, Ringold, Georgia.

JIM SMITH. Willett Hall, Virginia. Recent Show

I am a long time fan of ETA Jim Smith (web jimksmith.com). I was thrilled to see Jim honored in the CHESAPEAKE (VA) CLIPPER (newspaper) as a 2004 Arts & Entertainment Honoree. He was selected, not only for his professional shows, but for organizing many fundraisers for military veterans, children's funds and even helping a family pay off medical bills. He recently had the privilege of singing with the fabulous Stamps Quartet, in the most inspiring 'Elvis' show, that I have ever witnessed! Seeing him in Willett Hall, wearing his B & K jumpsuit, with the graceful moves of Elvis, his powerful voice and the Stamps Quartet - no one wanted the special evening to end! Jim's "He Touched Me" with the Stamps singing, with full heart and soul, brought many people, to their feet. If you can't locate his CD, please let me know, I will send you one, but NOT my copy! Some friends and I had a chance to go see a "Tribute To Elvis". It was a perfect night and I was impressed with the theater and the professionalism I saw there. Just sitting there waiting for the show you saw this huge backdrop with a lighted Elvis on it...awesome. The best part is when the show started...! I can see why Shon Carroll has won so many awards. His Elvis of the fifties is fantastic. Once he steps on the stage he wows the crowd with his good looks and his wonderful tribute to Elvis. He moves across the stage with such ease and he does it so well. It was nice when Shon sang a few Christmas songs such as "Santa Bring My Baby Back" which really put us into the holiday spirit. He received a standing ovation at the end of his performance which was well deserved.

Then Patrick Johnson came on to do the seventies with a beautiful white jumpsuit"Aloha" . Patrick is as equally good looking as Elvis and moves from one song to another and we loved that. All of us had our favorite songs but his "American Trilogy" was great. Patrick has a powerful voice! He also got a standing ovation. We have never been to a show where the guys had their own “Charlie Hodge” but they had their own. We found out that he is Roy Arnold from New York and does this for the production company and a lot of the tribute artists for their different shows. JEFF KRICK - Jeffersonville, PA January 2005

On Saturday, January 15th, Jeff Krick performed a birthday tribute to Elvis at the Westover Country Club. There were two shows and both performances were outstanding! Jeff puts his heart and soul into his performance and sings songs from every Elvis era......the early years, the movie years, the Vegas years, gospel...... and does justice to every song he sings. Jeff has an incredible voice and delights the audience with both his voice and his gyrations. Seeing Jeff perform surely brings back memories of Elvis, but Jeff will be the first to say that there was only one Elvis. His tribute is one not to be missed. He will be doing a show in Gilbertsville, PA on March 15 with the Stamps Quartet. I have my tickets and I'm looking forward to another incredible show. Jeanne W. - Philadelphia, PA

BILLY WAYDE, Palestine, Texas, January 2005
I had the pleasure on January 7th, 2005 to see Billy Wayde's performance in Palestine, Texas. He is Awesome! I thought I had seen the best at the same venue back in August, and the others were good, but Billy Wayde has the whole package. He has the voice, look, style, showmanship, personality, costumes. He has it all. I was blown away. He is great!!! Kristy Casey (Marilyn Monroe) and Wayne King (Jerry Lee, Roy Orbison, Dion) and Lori McKenzie (Wynonna Judd) did a fantastic job as well. They all seemed like they were having so much fun on and off stage. Billy is a great person off stage as well. I’ve spent a lot of time talking to him and he is just wonderful. Billy made each and every woman feel like she was the only one there. I love Elvis and I am so very thankful that Billy Wayde is around for all of us Elvis fans to enjoy. His first big organization, with a special guest, Mr. Shaun Nielsen, with his Band: From Memphis....”15 Musicians”. It was December 10, 2004 in Belgium. 1152 people came from Nederland, England, Germany to watch a perfect tribute to THE KING. With songs like 2001, CC Rider, You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling, Hurt, Never Been to Spain, and many more....and also 3 perfect duets with Mr. Nielsen: O Sole Mio/It’s Now or Never, Spanish Eyes, and Softly As I Leave You, on piano. Elvis Jr. said, “It was an honour for us to play with Shaun..a man who sings so many times with HIM. Mr. Nielsen said, “I could feel the Spirit of Elvis on stage, the spirit of My Friend. I was back in 1975 - back in THE GOOD TIMES.” We are still working for you, Mr. Presley. TCB. We say “Hello” to all the Elvis impersonators in the USA and all over the world. BILLY WAYDE, Huntsville, Texas. January 2005.

On January 8, my wife and I had the pleasure of seeing Billy Wayde, the greatest Elvis Tribute Artist we have ever seen, in Huntsville, Texas at the Town Theater. A capacity audience watched as he took us from one aspect of Elvis' showmanship to the next, and everyone was thrilled by his performance. When he finished, the standing ovation by the crowd was well deserved! The other performers that night, Wayne King, Kristy Casey, and Lori McKenzie, made it so much more special with their outstanding tributes to some other fine artists. Our only regret was that we could not have been in Palestine, Texas the night before for the concert there! However, you can bet that we and many others will be at the Lake Theater (www.laketheatre.com) in Lake Jackson, Texas on February 19 for his performance there, and just about any other place we can get to hear Billy! Those who missed him should plan on that evening! I have attached one of the pictures I took at the Huntsville performance to show just how great Billy looks on stage, and the set and costumes are wonderful! We love it! FRED WOLFE AND SHERMAN ARNOLD, Al Matta Hall, Dearborn, Michigan. January 16th, 2005
Fred and Sherman lit up the evening with their tribute to the King. A great selection of songs including those you don't hear that often, which was a nice touch. The audience was huge, including a chapter of the Red Hat Society, and Fred and Sherman put on the charm with their powerful voices and classic Elvis moves. Sherman, who's been doing shows for decades, sings "Hurt" so well, and it's one of those songs most won't attempt to do. Great job!! Fred, we love ya babe, with all those awesome Elvis moves and he can do "Just Pretend" beautifully. He puts heart and soul in every song, and he's a great person to chat with offstage as well. They are big with audience participation and they were out with us more often than on the stage, which makes you feel like part of the show, up close and personal. JOE KENT, Memphis, Tennessee, January 2005

I was at Joe Kent’s January 29th show in Memphis, Tennessee. The place was packed and Joe did an awesome show. If you have never seen him, you should because you don’t know what you are missing. Joe was wearing a beautiful red shirt and black pants. He sang a lot of different songs such as Sweet Caroline, Suspicious Minds, Viva Las Vegas and, at the end of the show, An American Trilogy as the American Flag came down behind him. The crowd was screaming and yelling like it was Elvis on stage. I am going to take my little grandaughter down the weekend of Feb 11 and 12 for a late birthday present. What a Surprise! Walking into the Hall to the sight of a room filled with Red Hats--These were the “Red Hat Ladies Club” that unknowingly to us ETA show goers had booked the hall earlier for their Dinner. They decided to stay on and take in the ETA show. So all of us were scrambling around trying to set up the usual routine ETA guest tables, ETA memorabilia tables and the stage equipment. This ended up to be a 200 + crowd, so needless to say the hall was quite packed and awaiting a wonderful Tribute to Elvis Presley show by two of our local ETA’s Fred Wolfe and Sherman Arnold. ...continued....

ETA’S, Peoples Choice Contest, Montreal, Quebec February 2005

The annual People’s Choice Contest took place on Friday, Feb. 4th and Saturday, Feb. 5th. On Friday night the show was at the Shriners. The ETA's covered the ‘50's through to the jumpsuit era. All the guys did a nice job. The winners were Mike Calamusa in 1st place, Jeff Krick in 2nd, and Bob James in 3rd place. On Saturday night the guys performed in LaSalle, where they gave an outstanding performance.

The ETA's had everyone up on their feet clapping and asking for more. The winners for Saturday were Dan Burgess in 1st place, 2nd was Jeff Krick, and 3rd was Geph Mitchell. Everyone enjoyed the show and can't wait for the next show. Thank you, guys, for your Tribute to "ELVIS." You are all winners to the fans in Montreal. Keep up the good work. Fan from LaSalle ANNA

TIM E & THE YES MEN. Carousel Room, Western Fair, London, Ontario. February 2005
On Saturday, February 12th, we went to the Western Fair in London, Ontario to see TIM E & his fabulous band, THE YES MEN. We were treated to a Valentine's dinner and a spectacular Las Vegas style show. This is the 3rd time we've seen TIM E perform and, once again, we were very impressed. AND we brought another couple along with us (who are not really Elvis fans) and they RAVED about the show. They are now TIM E fans too and have a new appreciation for the KING. As I'm a guitarist in a rock band, I really enjoyed watching the drummer (Steve Crew), bass guitarist (Jeff Fountain) & lead guitarist (Dan Fawcett) perform. They were excellent, as usual. Not to take anything away from the rest of the Yes Men, those were just my favourites. Our friends were very impressed with the horn section. Great band! But, TIM E (Hendry) is the highlight of the show. He looks like, moves like, sings like and acts like the King. Other ETA's come close maybe, but they aren't TIM E. He's one of the best in the business and I expect that very soon, he'll be performing in Las Vegas, with the Yes Men. Ken Adderson, Ontario

TIM E & THE YES MEN. Carousel Room, Western Fair, London, Ontario. February 2005

On February 12 we took a 2 hour drive to once again see Tim E and the Yes Men perform at the Carousel Room at the Western Fair in London Ontario. It was a sold out show where Tim E and The Yes Men thrilled the audience with their 90- minute set of mostly Vegas style tunes. Tim belted out tune after tune with his incredible voice and his amazing band the Yes Men. Even after seeing them 3 times, I still watch the show with total amazement and awe. Tim E and the Yes Men pay the most respectful and tasteful tribute to the "KING" that I've ever seen! So to Tim E and the Yes Men thank-you for always giving us the "Ultimate Elvis Experience"!!!!
